There wasn't a lot of loud music or noise around the complex either, which I really enjoyed while we were sitting out on the patio having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. You will enjoy your stay at this condo even if it is just for a get away. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will certainly be returning soon. Also we went to Port Aransas and took the Red Pirate Ship tour, it had a cute show for little ones or for the "young at heart". I haven't had guacamole with crab, pretty tasty. We also ate at Doc's Local Restaurant which had a very nice view and the food was good. Perhaps it was the time of year or that it was during the week but it wasn't crowded until Friday and we had been out almost everyday.
The beach was clean and wasn't crowded at all. Once we hit the beach they had a wonderful time and we couldn't get them out of the water.

My concern was that I wouldn't be able to get my teenagers out of the Condo since they brought the PS3 and each have cellphones. This location is wonderful for a family, it has a great pool as well as being really close to the beach.
